The Firm

The law firm of Delehanty Rinzler Druckman was formed in July 2006 when Kenneth Delehanty and Morley Rinzler joined with Nicole Druckman to create a new firm located at the Rubin Building, at 720 Main Street, Moncton, New Brunswick.

All three lawyers were heavily involved in real estate, therefore the firm had an excellent base to operate out of. Each lawyer tended to focus on a different aspect of property law, that gave the firm a combined strength where any situation could be handled involving real estate law.

Each lawyer also practiced in other areas of law which gave them the ability to represent diverse clientele. For example, Kenneth was the only one of them handling Corporate employee relocation matters; Morley was the only one handling civil litigation and Nicole was the only one handling matters involving immigration law.

Kenneth has since retired. Morley and Nicole, while continuing with their own busy practices, are also enjoying meeting and representing Kenneth's former clients. They also enjoy representing a diversity of new clients with their own unique legal issues.
